C.S. Lewis, a British theologian, has written many books; teaching theology using different images. One of his series is The Lion Witch and the Wardrobe, or the “Chronicles of Narnia”. Other well-known books are “Screwtape Letters” and “Mere Christianity”. A lesser-known series is his Space Trilogy.
The Space Trilogy or Cosmic Trilogy is a series of science fiction novels that consists of “Out of the Silent Planet”,” Perelandra”, and “That Hideous Strength”. A philologist named Elwin Ransom is the protagonist of the first two novels and an important character in the third. The three major themes include the entrance of evil, creation and finally redemption. All are invited to join us.
